A powerful instrument tuner and metronome which provides high precision tuning and interval timing. The tuner provides real-time tuning for a range of instruments, including presets for guitar, bass, banjo, violin and cello in a range of styles and transpositions. The tuner will also determine your instrument's current frequency, corresponding musical note and even octave offset to aid you in transcripting pieces you don't have sheet music for. Tuning by ear is facilitated by the output PLAY feature which generates the note you are trying to tune to while you are tuning it. The integrated metronome provides a range of preset speed styles along with facilities for custom speed intervals. Output from the metronome can be through both visual indicators (flashing LED) and auditory means (drum samples or the tune frequency used in the tuner).
