Visible Scheduler

Visible Scheduler helps build staff schedules for small-business owners and managers. A simple user interface and powerful features make it the ideal tool for creating custom schedules. No need to move jobs or change work times using the keyboard, just click and drag the task bars. Visible Scheduler has a graphical scheduling interface and uses color-coding features that make it easy and fun to use. You can maintain an unlimited number of employees and create your own shift and task types. When first installed sample data is provided, so that the new user can easily experiment with the application. Users can set up a schedule for each day of the week, calculate the coverage and then fill in staff schedules automatically. Later, users can visually edit schedules and keep track of employee's shift and task assignments. Reporting options include work schedules, employee lists, groups and more. Schedules can be printed and used to create HTML schedules, which can then be sent to your web server.
