With ease of use in mind, the application has been designed particularly for small to midsize companies and organizations to handle employee checkin process effectively. A typical purpose to maintain the check-in/out records is to pay employees for working on an hourly basis.
The application provides easy-to-understand graphic interfaces for quick check-in/out operations with auto time stamp, password protection, and real-time status onscreen display. The daily working records can be viewed, edited (in a controlled manner) and printed out. Full options for pay periods (weekly, biweekly, half-monthly and monthly) are available. Related business policies can be set and enforced. The application uses Open Database Architecture as backend to support potential customization and integration with your company's existing software systems.
