Document Manager
Document Manager is designed to tie multiple documents with multiple subjects into one group for tracking and easy lookup. With just adding another step to the recording of minutes you can make your life a little easier later on.
Ever have to go thought 2 or 3 years of minutes to look for one subject. If these are paper documents, you would be reading each one to find that one word or subject of interest. If it's on computer you would at least be able to search the document with the tools supplied with MS Word . With Document Manager there is a tie between the word document and a subject which you define. By going to the subject, you will have multiple pages with names that represent something to you: a Date, a further refinement of the subject. Once you've found your subject, it's a matter of clicking on a page reference under that subject and Microsoft Word will display the document and bring you right to that reference you have already specified.
The Document Manager has the ability to save off certain chapters from your Manger list which may be from times gone by and don't need to be on the active list. If the need arises however it can be retrieved and browsed for needed information.
