It integrate the all resource file development tools in visual studio,.NET(for example ResEditor,ResGen,ResXGen and WinRes), is a obligatory tool for .Net programmer.It provided with two version in chinese and english,support multi-document window,possess special files relating function and make you more handy when you editing resource files.
