 PE Corrector
PE Corrector is very useful when you need to correct PE files. Such correction may be very necessary in this cases: - Some compilers do not clear memory before compilation. Because of this the new exe file may contain binary trash in the header. But also it may contain even your personal security data from your disks (passwords, for example). PE Corrector can correct this problem. It simply clean the headers in safe mode and erase all illegal information. Also you can insert your own info into header (copyright information, for example).; - Some compilers inserts into PE files some export functions which are needed for debugging, but not for final compilation (example of such function: __CPPdebugHook). These export functions adds some extra volume to PE file and not necessary in most cases. But it is not the whole problem. If there are many exports in PE file, this file may not be processed correctly by some exe-packers. Also it may contain some secret functions (defence from crackersl, for example) declared in export section of PE file. This situation is very useful for crackers. It displays all of the exported functions and gives ability to clean export sections on the optional basis (you simply specify what functions you want to erase). The white phosphorum like “diablillos” is used by make fireworks ,it represents the most common agent in our environment of acute intoxication with suicide intent , specially in younger people.
We present 2 cases of acute intoxication with white phosphorum by suicide intent in which were used succesfully the treatment with N acetil cistein iv. Those people came 48 hour post ingestion of the toxic agent (8 – 14 units ) Both had as a initial sintomatology gastrointestinal affection such as nausea , vomit , initially were realize a pump stomach out, with decline of the general status with the appear or highest jaundice . When the hepatic function tests were made they were found alterates (tgo, tgp ,af , ggt, pt , tpt, bilirrubins elevated by favour of the direct bilirrubins) They get fresh plasma , hidratation iv, antibiotic therapy , H2 blockadors , monitoring of hepatic, renal function tests , electrolytes tests, psicological help. between 7th and 11th day there are a improvement with lower jaundice and levels in hepatic function tests. They get the discharge at 12th and 13th days respectively.
The use of N acetilcistein in patients intoxicated in first phases (I – ii) by doses of 150mg/kg in 200ml of Glucoside solution at 5% in 15 minutes , followed by 50mg/kg in 500ml of glucoside solution at 5% in 4 hours . Then 100mg/kg in 100ml of glucoside solution at 5% in 16 hours could be effective by prevent the progression of the hepatic damage.
The patients came to a control without symptoms and with normal test results |
