shopper1 Posts: 1 Status: Newbie Country: US	VentaFax & Voice Ventafax failed for me after purchase. The greetings were so garbled, they were unintelligible. I asked for technical support and I was told "your modem isn't supported" (even though eval. copy worked and it's Rockwell based and NOT listed as unsupported) . I was told to "read the online documentation, there's nothing more for us to do." I was disappointed and asked for a refund. Venta (a Russian co.) told me it was impossible. STAY AWAY from this program. I recommend Hotfax or FaxTalk. Vote: 1
