By the way, it is funny that all the "1" ratings with comments are entered the same day - 3/17 - 3/18, 1/10.... check our over software and you will see.

(I know when they try to crash our ratings) If you are talking about crash at starting up, please read our FAQ. We dynamically check the codecs at start up, and some of them are pretty bad and cause crashes....especially Voxware codecs. In any case, the second time you start the program, we will skip the one which caused the crash.
