BillEckert Posts: 2 Status: Newbie Country: US	PDF-XChange Pro Version 2.5 is pretty good; version 3.0 is better (smaller PDF files). But I would also encourage a careful look at pdfFactory 3.0 -- more expensive, but more accurate in its conversions. Vote: 8

BillEckert Posts: 2 Status: Newbie Country: US	Need to revise my comments of 10/21/03. First, the latest version of pdfFactory is 2.02, not 3.0. Second and more important, it seems to now be creating PDF files that are about 40% larger than before. Thus, PDF-XChange 3.0, now way more compact than previously, creates the smallest files I have found. It does still have a problem fully reproducing the correct font style in some cases, though. stoufville Posts: 2 Status: Newbie Country: UK	Just tested the latest version of PDF-XChange (v3) against the other main players - PDF-Factory, WinPDF, ROBOPDF, PDF995 etc al and it is very very impressive - filke sizes are just about the smallest we have foud consistently, The new bookmarks feature is great - and it is packed with other great new additions - but absolutley ny favourite for all our less accomplished users is the ability to switch to a simple interface - PDF-XChange then makes all the decisions for you regarding embedding fonts, compression etc and still makes a very, very small file ! Our more technicla users also loved the Job Management features and the ability to set up both Job and user profiles to store settings and re-use. We have yet to find a file that did not convert well from Word through AutoCad ! All in all a truly first class product ! Vote: 10
