justagirl Posts: 4 Status: Newbie Country: CA	Autocad probs......need to backup somehow..... Hi! Recently my auto cad program got corrupted when there was a power failure at work. It is now saying that a DLL file or path cannot be found. Could you please tell me the best way to do a backup on these important files? I heard that zipdiscs are unreliable, and sometimes compressing files will also lose information. In need of an explanation on best way to back up this file. It is too big for a standard cd, I have 1.4 GIG I need to back up. Please please help!

Alex Posts: 79 Status: Junior Guru Wannabe Country: RU	You can use several CDs or single DVD disk (if you have DVD RW drive). But try to compress it first. By zipping files on your computer you don't lose any data. Probably the size will be less than 700Mb and you can burn it into single CD.
