The key difference is that now you have enemies and they are have big guns. This make games much more hard than the original Tetris.

In the far future, far away from the Earth, you are working for KMI Intergalactic Inc. They collect all sorts of goodies from the outer space; turn them in rocket fuel and sell everywhere in the known galactic. It is one of the biggest and richest Earth's corporations. This means they are greedy for money and savings on costs anywhere. Say, most of the time cargo ships work in "automatic" mode but the "last mile" is still driven by the human pilots (because AI pilots remain quite expensive). To get any descent money you must become the top pilot.
