PiCTURE JUST CLiCK 'n' ViEW This is a VERY SMALL PROGRAM (exe only 56k). You can use this as a drag-n-drop window, or drag-a-drop an image to it. But it's only beta! It can't register file types itseft. If you want to do, please Shift+Rightclick to the file you want to open with it, then choose Openwith... Then Click Other... to locate the file. Then slect it from the Programs list. And remember to check the check box "Always use...." Why I write a similiar & popuplar application? Becase it's very small (never seen before) This program does not contains ads or spyware or nag screens.
