Has this happened to anyone else?
When I change the name of a picture, it disappears from the album. It is still in rolls but now as a document. |

Can you resize images within Film Factory? For example: when they come off the digital camera, they may be 3-4MB; how would I reduce them to, say, 100K for emailing? Thanks.

Although this software is easy to use, Epson has acknowledged that one of its limitations is the inability to back up the files of photographs. I have 35,000 photographs stored in Film Factory. I purchased a new computer and can not transfer my photographs with ease. Epson has advised me that all of these photographs need to be individually transferred to my new computer. This process will require approximately 48 hours worth of labor. This is a serious software design flaw. Epson software support is very poor. |

Downloaded 2 batches of pictures at different times, but when I clicked on pictures of first batch, the second batch of pictures appears and batches had same file names. Asked for help to seperate pictures after trying everything I knew, but had no answers of help. |

Does a fair job, but I often have to retouch manually. It doesn't get the date from the file - all files are dated as of download (bad!). Can't crop to size of standard prints. Does allow 2 5x7 pictures on on 8.5x11 sheet (not all do). Few options, poor help and no updates in 18 months. |
