31-Dec-2003	EasyX Video Converter	10	I downloaded the trial version this past summer and converted wmv file beautifully. I have now bought the $30 version, received confirmation and the serial number for registration, but when I enter the reg. number and name, everything just clicks off. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, written email to easyx and to the order/billing company and have not received a response from either - this since 12/24/03. Any ideas??
