12-Apr-2005	Webstyle 4.0 Intall	I am using WinXP Pro with sp2 For weeks now I have been trying to install Webstyle 4.0 using the following procedures: Put the CD into the CD rom and the it loads for installing. At that point, I click the Install button and install starts. I tell it where to install and it continues. After completing the first part of the install, I click Finish. The Install button now changes to Run and I click the Run button . It now asks for the SN which I input. It now asks to register which I tell it later . At this time it should install the templates for Webstyle. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. Webstyle is useless without the templates installing. I have even tried to install it from the safe mode, not connected to the internet and firewall and antivirus OFF. This is where I get the only clue I have for it not installing. Again it does the same exact thing except when I click the run button, I get an error message " MSXML4 not installed properly". Unfortunately it does not give the extension for MSXML4. After some research, I think this file is part of the install program for XP. I DO NOT have any problems installing any other software, so I am very dubious about this info. As I am trying to setup a new HD, I really need some help with this issue. Thank you very much
18-Jan-2005	Webstyle 4.0	I have recently tried to install Webstyle 4.0 without success. I placed the CD into the drive and started the install process by clicking the install button at the top. It seemed to install and eventually I got the Finish button to click. I then started the program from the Program Files. I got the message to place the cd into the drive which I did and when it booted, the Install button had changed to a Run button. When clicked, it asked for the Serial Number, which I entered. At this time it went thru some gyrations. This is where it should have installed the templates, however the templates did NOT install. Now anytime I start the program it asks for the CD and I go through the same procedures. Webstyles will NOT work with or without the CD. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall, now it does not even ask for Serial Number, which I assume means the SN is stored in the registry. It also does NOT install the templates same as before. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to get Webstyle working, I sure would appreciate some help. It is a great program if I can get it to install. Thank You
