17-Apr-2009	Alive Video Converter	NR	I have the fully registered version 3.1.62 and it works GREAT except it will NOT convert MOV files at all. I thought this program does [ sez so in blurb] As with others, the MOV's are valid files. Interesting, the fault diags sez it cannot find the MOV codec ????? but my XP and everything else sez it's there [ Quicktime plays OK ]. I am frightened that if I upgrade my registration key won't work and I don't fancy having to go through the BS of getting another one. So what's the deal here ?????
