Just tested the latest version of PDF-XChange (v3) against the other main players - PDF-Factory, WinPDF, ROBOPDF, PDF995 etc al and it is very very impressive - filke sizes are just about the smallest we have foud consistently, The new bookmarks feature is great - and it is packed with other great new additions - but absolutley ny favourite for all our less accomplished users is the ability to switch to a simple interface - PDF-XChange then makes all the decisions for you regarding embedding fonts, compression etc and still makes a very, very small file !
Our more technicla users also loved the Job Management features and the ability to set up both Job and user profiles to store settings and re-use.
We have yet to find a file that did not convert well from Word through AutoCad !
All in all a truly first class product ! |
